User management

Only in custom setup can you manage users.  If you have checked the option to install the default user in the script installation step you can see the default user in the repository user list. If the repository is not licensed all options in this step are disabled. To see the information on the certain user from the list, click on the user name and press “Edit”.

To add a new user, use the New button and enter the desired user name and additional information or adjust the grants for that user. Use the Save button to save the user to the repository. All users created are added to the default Any group. To manage the users more appropriately, use the repository administration tool that comes with the process modeler installation. You can change the user information by editing the appropriate field and store the changes by using the Save button.

Note: You can only create as many users as is allowed by your repository license.
To delete a user, select the user and use the Delete button. The next chapter explains the next step “Installation summary“.
