Specify and Convert BPMN Elements

All BPMN elements that you drag from the left mask onto the page can be further specified (as shown in Visio above) with the element ribbon, the item editor (can be displayed to the right) or the context menu.

Assign types, markers or convert elements

You can specify your elements using element editor or the element ribbon.  For example, to define an event or an activity, just click on the element and choose a type.

The element ribbon pops-up automatically when an element is clicked.  The element editor can be shown or hidden permanently.  To find this option, go to the ribbon BPMN Model -> View and then choose Element Editor.
